Successful Issuance of Brunei Darussalam Government Sukuk Al-Ijarah Securities 265th Series

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (October 2026) - Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB), agent to the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in managing and administering Sukuk Al-Ijarah issuances, is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 265th issuance of Sukuk Al-Ijarah securities.
The total of the sukuk issuance was BND55.00 million with the following details:

With this issuance, the Brunei Government has thus far issued BND18.71 billion worth of Sukuk Al-Ijarah securities since the maiden offering on 6th April 2006, and the total holdings of the Brunei Government Sukuk outstanding as at 15th October 2026 stood at BND335.00 million.
