Terms and Conditions

1. Interested companies may request to acquire the tender documents from IT@bdcb.gov.bn from Friday, 16 May 2025 until 12:00 pm, Monday, 26 May 2025.
2. All tenders should be submitted no later than 12:00 pm, Monday, 9 June 2025 in softcopy form to tenderbox@bdcb.gov.bn and the documents must be password protected. Passwords are to be sent to internal.audit@bdcb.gov.bn. 
3. The proposal must be valid for at least three (3) months from the closing date. Any proposal which is valid for less than three (3) months will be rejected.
4. Any tenders received after the stated closing date and time will not be entertained.
5. Only eligible companies will be considered. These include:

• Companies that are currently not debarred from participating in Brunei Government tenders;
• Companies which do not have a receiver, administrator, judicial manager or any part of its assets or undertaking; 
• Companies with a registered Company Incorporation Certificate or Business Registration Certificate; and 
• Companies with a Certificate of Tax Compliance verified by Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy.

6. Preference is given to models with EPEAT Gold registration or Equivalent. 

7. BDCB does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender received.
